<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:Times'>The resident is paid to pro</span><span
 style='font-family:Times'>v</span><span style='font-family:Times'>ide � hour
per week ( $18 per hour for a total of 2 hours per month) for cleaning time in
the common areas of meetinghouse following or preceding meetings to tidy up
loose ends from the regular use of the building.�� This is paid on a quarterly
basis (Jan. Apr. July, Oct.).� (A separate paid cleaning person does a once a
month extended cleaning.)</span></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:Times'>The resident is also to
recei</span><span style='font-family:Times'>v</span><span style='font-family:
Times'>e payment from the treasurer at the beginning of each quarter
automatically (at a rate of $60/month for a total of $180) to co</span><span
 style='font-family:Times'>v</span><span style='font-family:Times'>er ongoing
expenses and supplies for the Meeting. (be</span><span style='font-family:Times'>v</span><span
style='font-family:Times'>erages, paper, cleaning supplies and other
non-specified items).� The resident is then to pro</span><span
 style='font-family:Times'>v</span><span style='font-family:Times'>ide a log of
actual expenses for the meeting, </span><span style='font-family:Times'>v</span><span
style='font-family:Times'>ia the monthly report.</span></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:Times'>&nbsp;</span></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:Times'>The resident keeps a reser</span><span
 style='font-family:Times'>v</span><span style='font-family:Times'>e on hand of
$50 in cash to pro</span><span style='font-family:Times'>v</span><span
style='font-family:Times'>ide emergency assistance to someone who may need
immediate help if other resources for help are not a</span><span
 style='font-family:Times'>v</span><span style='font-family:Times'>ailable at
the time.</span></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:Times'>&nbsp;</span></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:Times'>In exchange for
approximately 15 hours of work per week on assigned tasks, the resident recei</span><span
 style='font-family:Times'>v</span><span style='font-family:Times'>es free
housing and utilities in the garden house Casita, (formerly referred to as the
Ramada). </span></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:Times'>&nbsp;</span></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:Times'>The resident is authorized
by the Meeting to make emergency repairs of up to $250, notifying the Building
Committee and the treasurer ASAP.��� Emergency repairs are problems, typically
plumbing or electrical, that must be fixed immediately.� Non-critical or more
expensi</span><span style='font-family:Times'>v</span><span style='font-family:
Times'>e repairs must be authorized by the Building Committee or Meeting for
Worship with Attention to Business.</span></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:Times'>&nbsp;</span></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:Times'>Should the resident pay for
items appro</span><span style='font-family:Times'>v</span><span
style='font-family:Times'>ed by the Meeting for the Meeting�s use, out of
his/her own resources, receipts/statements shall be submitted to the treasurer
as soon as possible and the resident shall be reimbursed in a timely manner as
appropriate. </span></p>

Apartment</span></u></b></p>

(31 days). �When these days occur will be at the resident�s discretion--all at
once or here and there.� The resident will notify the Residence Committee as

style='font-family:Times'>ance of when the absence will occur to allow for co</span><span
 style='font-family:Times'>v</span><span style='font-family:Times'>erage
planning.</span></p>

Committee are responsible for performing the duties of the resident when the

checking the grounds daily to make sure the building is secured before
retiring.</span></p>

occasion when the building is in use, if the resident will not be a</span><span

check that the building has been locked, the resident will notify the closer
for that day of their absence and a member of the Residence Committee will need
to check the building before dark.</span></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><b><u><span style='font-size:14.0pt;font-family:Times'>Introductions
and Casita Open House</span></u></b></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:Times'>Soon after taking up
residence the Resident Friend shall be scheduled� (through the in</span><span
 style='font-family:Times'>v</span><span style='font-family:Times'>itation of
Ministry and </span><span style='font-family:Times'>O</span><span
  style='font-family:Times'>v</span><span style='font-family:Times'>ersight</span><span
style='font-family:Times'> Committee) to make an introductory presentation to
the Meeting to share their gifts and areas of expertise in relation to
Quakerism.� The resident is also requested to host two open houses per year for
Friends to </span><span style='font-family:Times'>v</span><span
style='font-family:Times'>isit the casita. </span></p>

wants the resident to take on a task, the request needs to go through the
Resident Committee rather than directly to the resident.</span></p>
